Description
The 071 series Deep water Temperature Probe is designed for long-term immersion at considerable depth. This style has a stainless steel/ neoprene vulcanizes seal with a moulded external splice protector. This provides a high-integrity seal as well as mechanical protection to the leads and the thermistor . The deep water temperature probe is used in applications such as deep water reservoirs, oceans, wetlands and wells with depths of 2000 feet feasible. The 071 probe can withstand the forces of pier mounting in high wave environments. Currently the deep water probes is in service with government meteorology and scientific organisations.
